ADVANCE RESERVATIONS RECOMMENDED

We are open year-round and have special discount rates all year, including:

• Stay three consecutive nights and get the fourth night one-half off.
• Stay six consecutive nights and get the seventh night free.
• Senior Citizen (62 or older)? Get a 10% discount Sunday thru Wednesday.

Check-in time at Timber Ridge is any time after 3 p.m - - we also ask that you check out before 11 a.m. to allow us time to prepare rooms for incoming guests.

Charge for additional persons is $6 per person daily.
Children under 16 are free, excluding holidays.
There is a $4 one-time charge for a rollaway bed.

DEPOSIT INFORMATION

• Reservations require one night's rental deposit per unit and must be received within one week. Credit card numbers and personal checks will be accepted.
• You are responsible for the days you reserve. (No refunds for early departure.)
• If a cancellation is necessary, your deposit will be refunded (less $5 service charge) only if a 7-day cancellation notice is given. Otherwise, deposit will not be refunded.
• Cash, Traveler's Checks, MasterCard, Visa and Discover cards will be accepted for balance due upon arrival. NO PERSONAL CHECKS, please.
