After a reservation is made, please help speed up the check-in process by completing the waiver and submitting.

Parking on gravel only.
No parking on circle drive around the two-story building.
All day visitors must register at the office. You are not allowed more guests staying + visitors than the max room accommodation. Day visitors may not use the pool. The pool is for registered guests only.
No glass at the pool, even in a koozie. (pool is open Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend)
Children in the pool area must be accompanied by an adult, 16 years or older. Adults must be inside the pool area.
No radios at the pool, no exception.
Foul language is not allowed.
If someone can hear your radio, it’s too loud.
You are allowed one noise complaint, after that we charge.
All units are non-smoking. Standing in the open doorway is considered smoking in the room. Smoking is allowed outside, except Missouri law prohibits smoking marijuana in public spaces. If your unit smells like smoke or marijuana at check out, charges will be applied.
$5 charge for each missing key.
I agree that I am staying without pets.
There is no credit for early check-out. You are responsible for all nights reserved.
I am responsible for notifying all guests in my unit of these guidelines.
